This a documentary about??? You guessed it, A Man on A Wire. Phillippe Petit, defied the laws of gravity, law enforcement, and common sense, to create something that makes you say "Only in New York." This film has footage of the World Trade Center Towers so if youre suffering from PTS avoid this one, but if you can revel in the memories of a kinder, safer, America.. Check this one out. After nearly an hour dancing on the wire, he was arrested, taken for psychological evaluation, and brought to jail before he was finally released. James Marsh’s documentary brings Petit’s extraordinary adventure to life through the testimony of Philippe himself, and some of the co-conspirators who helped him create the unique and magnificent spectacle that became known as “the artistic crime of the century.”
